Passports are required for all overseas charters or charters heading into international waters/out of Singapore waters. Your passports may be checked by ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) when clearing immigrations. You will have to ensure that you have the right visa (if required) for the area your charter may include in an international waters charter. YMPL takes no responsibility in arranging any immigration requirements you might need.
You will not need your passport for charters that will remain in Singaporean waters.
